Character Biography[]
Dual Charity is a mad doctor, who takes it upon himself to keep the universe healthy rather than individuals. Believing it needs a steady balance of all forces, including good and evil, he performs both atrocities and miracles wherever he deems them necessary. Though he has no outright powers, his medical knowledge is vast enough that he can do terrible things to the human body, or cure virtually any ailment.
