Quietus is an influential villain created by MediaMan. Quietus created the Fallen Tower in a fic in the early days of the FPL. He is described as "the avatar of The Void." The Void is the antithesis to creation, a force for obliteration and nothingness.
The character has seen about four incarnations, including the original Quietus, Null-Quietus, the revamped Quietus, and Chibi Quietus.
